DO MERCURY CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
Delivery is free on all orders over £150 net. A small charge of £8.00 is added to all other orders†to mainland UK.†

DO MERCURY PROVIDE SAMPLES?
Yes, Mercury provide samples on nearly all products where possible. Sample production requires a high cost of administration. For this reason samples are charged in full and are non-returnable, unless accompanied by an order in which they can be included.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, BACS, or Cheque. All †Mercury services are C.O.D., unless otherwise agreed with our accounts department. To discuss payment terms contact Rebecca Thornhill by e-mail: rebecca@mercuryclothing.com

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Printed garments usually take between 7 and 14 working days from approval of artwork. During periods of peak demand or when products are out of stock, this may be extended, however, we will keep you informed if this is the case.†

However, if you require your products earlier than our quoted lead time, then Mercury will always endeavour to accommodate your requirements as much as reasonably possible. A quick turnaround service may be subject to an additional administration cost.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT I'M LOOKING FOR?
If you cant find exactly what you are looking for then please contact us or view our online catalogue. Mercury will always do our best to source products for you. Our website is only one of Mercury Clothing's marketing methods and we cannot put our full range on display. We have many products in stock that are not listed on the website.†

If itís workwear, corporate wear, teamwear, leisurewear, schoolwear or promotional clothing, we can usually supply it. Please contact us with your requirements.

WHICH FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ARTWORK?
For embroidery we can accept most formats including pdf, eps, jpeg, tiff. These formats must ideally be in high resolution. This is basically a normal image but will appear large on your screen. Or you can direct us to your website or send a letterhead. If you already have an embroidery file then this will be a DST file.

For screen printing, to avoid additional artwork charges, we ideally require a vector format. These are: eps, tiff or ai files.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK PROOF?
Mercury always produce a proof for new logos and designs. Mercury will require you to sign a form to confirm approval of your artwork before we start production. We are not responsible for errors once a proof has been signed off by the customer.

I WANT TO PLACE A ORDER.
If you see a garment that you would like, with or without any personalisation, then simply complete our on line quotation form and Mercury will endeavour to send you a quotation within 24hrs. Alternatively e-mail or phone and a member of our sales team will be happy to quote.

If further information is needed for Mercury to quote, we will contact you either by email or telephone if you have supplied the details.

Mercury use a simple online quotation form as our customers requirements vary so much. Unlike our competitors we provide many colours and various print styles. For this reason MERCURY PRIDES ITSELF ON SUPPLYING EXACTLY WHAT YOU REQUIRE 1ST TIME AROUND.

DO I GET DISCOUNT FOR LARGE ORDERS?
For all large orders our Mercury Account Managers are always open to discussing possible discounts.

HOW DO I GUARANTEE I WILL GET THE CORRECT SIZE?
Unfortunately personalised garments cannot be returned or exchanged due to size as they are produced to the customers needs only.
Please check your size according to our web site guidelines. If in doubt buy one size bigger.

CAN I PURCHASE PLAIN GARMENTS?
Yes you can purchase plain garments. At Mercury we will also print garments for you that are not purchased from us. Simply contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

CAN I HAVE GARMENTS & PRINTS IN OUR INDIVIDUAL CORPORATE COLOURS?
If specific colours such as pantones are needed to conform with corporate imaging, then this is possible with screen printing. However, with embroidery only very near matches are possible due to the thread colours available.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED & WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT?
Mercury are always open to feedback regarding the service we provide. If there is a problem then Mercury should be notified within 2 days of receipt by email or letter. The garment or product should be returned. If the product is found to be faulty then it will be replaced and the cost of returning the goods refunded to the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
